Joel’s passion for results-focused outcomes supported the work we did to achieve breakthrough innovations in healthcare delivery, facility design and operations at TRIA and at University of Minnesota Physicians (UMP). Joel served critical leadership roles as part of my operations team including strategic planning, business development, clinic acquisitions, client representation for real estate development, construction budgeting and capital planning, project management, and facility operations. Joel rose to the challenge of creating, recruiting and developing a new team for UMP that aligned real estate planning, leasing, design, construction and facility operations with UMP’s mission and ambulatory strategy, ensuring seamless support for new construction and renovations.
